Med spa marketing that starts with a map, not a pitch

Wingman Digital does local SEO for med spas and aesthetic practices across the United States. Before we talk about working together, we show you exactly where your practice ranks at every point across your service area. Usually that conversation is short, because the map speaks for itself.

Search "med spa marketing agency" and count the leaders

Go and do it. The first page is full of firms calling themselves the leader, the number one agency, the award winner. Two of the top ten results are best-of lists written by the agencies that put themselves at the top of them.

You already know this, which is why Google's own suggested searches for that term include "med spa marketing agency reviews" and "med spa marketing agency legit." Nobody is searching for the best one. They are searching for whether any of them can be trusted.

So here is a different offer. We will not tell you we are the best. We will show you a map of your own visibility and let you decide what it means.

What a real visibility audit reveals

This anonymous prospect audit checked five services across 49 locations each. The medical spa had 358 reviews at 4.9 stars, 143 photos and 53 listed services.

Across 245 checks, it appeared in the top three five times—about 2%—and did not appear in the top 20 on 68% of checks. A strong reputation did not translate into broad search visibility.

The sample shows the business’s starting point and recommended priorities. It is not a completed client result.

Reviews are usually not the problem

In the sample audit, a competitor with 154 reviews appeared in the top three at 38 of 49 locations. The audited spa had 358 reviews and appeared in the top three at just one.

Reviews matter, but their count alone does not explain where a practice ranks. The audit checks location, profile information, service pages and consistency across listings to identify useful next steps.

What actually moves a med spa up the map

  • A page for every treatment you sell.

Botox, filler, Sculptra, microneedling, CoolPeel. Google ranks pages, not menus, so four treatments on one page means three cannot rank.

  • Your Google Business Profile (GBP), the listing that shows up on Google Maps, built to depth.

Categories layered correctly, every service listed with a description, weekly posts tied to what you are promoting.

  • Reviews that name the treatment.

"Great experience" helps your rating. "Best lip filler I have had" helps you rank for lip filler.

  • Citations and directories.

Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places, and the aesthetics directories. Bing matters more than people think, because it is what several AI assistants read.

  • Timing against your season.

In the one Florida market where the seasonality has been measured, February demand ran close to twice the annual median as the winter population returned. The work has to land before the ramp, not during it.

How this runs

Plans start at $1,497 a month, and the pricing page lists what each one covers before you speak to anyone, which is not how most of this industry works. Four-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days notice. No setup fee.

Your Google Business Profile is included, built out and managed. One profile is the standard for a med spa, including practices with several injectors, and it is what the plan covers.

Map rankings tend to move around month three, non-branded website traffic in month four or five. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either guessing or lying.

Common questions

How do I market a medical spa?

Start with local search, because most aesthetic patients look for a provider near them rather than by name. That means a dedicated page for each treatment, a fully built Google Business Profile, treatment-specific reviews, and directory listings. Wingman Digital maps where a practice ranks before recommending any of it.

How much does med spa marketing cost?

Local service businesses are commonly quoted $2,000 to $4,000 a month across the industry. Wingman Digital plans start at $1,497 a month, and the pricing page lists what each plan covers so you can check before calling anyone. That price includes your Google Business Profile.

Do I need more reviews to rank higher?

Often not. In one audited South Florida market, a practice with 60 reviews held five top-three positions while a competitor with 62 reviews and a higher rating held none. Reviews support ranking without driving it. Profile depth, treatment pages, and citations usually matter more.

How long before med spa SEO works?

Map rankings generally start moving around month three, with non-branded website traffic following in month four or five. Seasonal aesthetic markets reward starting before the demand peak rather than during it. Wingman Digital sets a measured baseline first so progress is judged against real numbers.

Can you work with a med spa outside Florida?

Yes. Wingman Digital works with med spas and aesthetic practices across the United States, and the visibility grid runs on any service area. The company is based in Boca Raton, Florida, which means South and Southwest Florida practices can also meet in person.
