How this actually works, month by month
There is no proprietary method here. It is a set of tasks done properly and in order, which is the part most agencies charge a premium for and then do badly.
The first 90 days
Week one: measure before touching anything.
A 49-point grid across your service area for every service you sell, plus the site crawl, the profile audit, and the citation check. This becomes the baseline every later report is judged against, and skipping it is how agencies avoid ever being measured.
Weeks two to four: the profile and the foundations.
Categories layered, every service entered and described, photos, hours, posts started. Citations corrected across Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places, and your industry's directories.
Month two: the pages.
A real page for each service you want found for, written for the person searching and structured so Google can read it. This is the slowest part and the part that compounds.
Month three onward: reviews, content, and the grid again.
The grid gets re-scanned so you can see coverage change rather than guess from a traffic chart. Map rankings usually start moving here.
What you get every month
A report, a short video walking through what moved and why, and a shared Slack channel that reaches Alex rather than an account manager passing messages along.
The report shows call-button clicks, direction requests, website clicks from the profile, and grid coverage against the baseline. It does not show impressions or reach, because those go up whether or not anybody calls you.
Alex is very detail-oriented, communicates clearly and consistently, and always follows through on what he promises.
he has taken the time to explain so much to me on how to write a blog or what I need to change to help increase my SEO traffic on my website
