Questions people ask before they book a call
Answered here so you do not have to book a call to find out.
Pricing and terms
How much does local SEO cost?
Wingman Digital publishes three plans at $1,497, $2,197, and $3,997 a month, with every inclusion listed on the pricing page. Local service businesses are commonly quoted $2,000 to $4,000 a month across the industry, so the entry plan sits below the bottom of that range.
Is there a contract?
A four-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days notice. No setup fee and no new fixed-term commitment after the first four months. The four months exists because this work takes that long to judge honestly, not to lock anyone in, and you keep every asset built for you either way.
Are there any extra fees?
No. One Google Business Profile is included in every plan and that is the whole published answer. Unusual multi-location setups get priced on the call rather than published, because almost nobody is in that situation and publishing a rule for it raises a question nobody had.
Do you offer anything without a monthly plan?
Quarterly consulting, at a $997 launch fee then $750 a quarter. That is for owners who want the plan and the data without a retainer, including anyone who takes the free audit and would rather run the work themselves or hand it to staff.
Results and timing
How long before it works?
Map rankings tend to move around month three, and non-branded website traffic follows in month four or five. Anyone promising you page one in 30 days is either guessing or lying. Wingman Digital records a baseline grid before starting so progress is measured rather than felt.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and nobody honestly can. What is on offer instead is a four-month term rather than twelve, published pricing, asset ownership whether you stay or not, and a measured baseline so the result is checkable. A guarantee on something nobody controls is not worth the sentence.
Can you get me into AI answers?
Not as a promise. Getting recommended by an AI assistant comes from the same work: profiles, pages, directories, and reviews that agree with each other. Bing matters more than people expect, because several assistants read it. Anyone selling AI visibility as a product is selling certainty that does not exist.
Working together
Who actually does the work?
Alex. There is no account team and no junior on the discovery call, which is the whole model. The trade-off is real and worth naming: a one-person agency takes on a small number of clients at a time, so availability is genuinely finite.
What do you not do?
No Meta ads, no purchased lead lists, no standalone website builds, and no standalone AI receptionist. Websites come with a monthly plan rather than being sold separately. If what you need is on that list, better to hear it now than three weeks into a conversation.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. No charge, no card, and no obligation. Eleven pages, in one business day, and yours to keep whether or not you ever speak to anyone. Taking it to a different agency or working through it yourself is a completely reasonable thing to do with it.
Seriously no one could figure out how to fix my webpage that was down and it literally took wingman digital 10 minutes and he had the job done
