A connected plan, built around your business
Your search presence, website, content, and follow-up should work together. The Blueprint starts with the gaps in your market and sets a clear priority for the work.
The foundation: make your business easier to find
Your Google Business Profile
The listing that shows on Google Maps, and the biggest ranking factor you directly control. Categories layered correctly, every service entered with a real description, photos current, and a post every week tied to whatever you want more of. Most profiles have three categories and a phone number.
Your website
A page for each thing you sell, written for a person and structured so Google can read it. Month one is cleanup: schema, heading structure, page speed, and the stale content nobody has looked at in two years. After that it is a new service page or article every month.
Citations and directories
Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places, the BBB, the Chamber, and the directories your industry uses. Google cross-checks these to decide whether you are a real, established business. Getting Bing right matters more than most people assume, because it is what several AI assistants read when they answer a question about a local business.
Reviews
Not more reviews for their own sake. Reviews that name the service, because a review saying "great experience" helps your rating while one saying "best lip filler I have had" helps you get found for lip filler. The higher plans include a request system your staff actually runs.
Make the next conversation easier
Being found is the beginning. Where your business needs it, we can discuss customer reactivation and AI-assisted engagement alongside your local visibility work. The scope is agreed before work starts.
Reconnect with past customers
Useful content and timely follow-up can bring previous customers back into the conversation.
Respond when you cannot
Explore an AI receptionist to help handle enquiries when your team is busy. See how it could fit your business before deciding.
A clear path from audit to ongoing improvement
Understand the opportunity
Review your visibility, discuss your goals, and decide which gaps deserve attention first.
Put the plan to work
Align your search presence, content, and agreed follow-up tools around those priorities.
Measure and refine
Review the results and adjust the work as your market and business change.
How any of it gets measured
Before anything starts, we run a visibility grid: live Google searches from 49 points across your service area, for every service you sell, plotted so you can see exactly where you disappear. That is the baseline, and every month after is compared against it.
The monthly report shows call-button clicks, direction requests, and website clicks from your profile. Not impressions, not reach, and not anything that goes up whether or not the phone rings.
What I do not do
Meta ads, for anyone. Website builds sold on their own rather than with a plan. Lead lists, shared or resold. And I will not promise a ranking position by a date, because nobody controls Google's algorithm and anyone who says otherwise is telling you something about themselves.
If what you need is outside this, it is better to hear that now than three weeks into a conversation.
See where you actually rank first
Before you pay anyone for any of this, find out where you stand. The free Digital Footprint Audit maps your visibility across your whole service area and shows you which of the four workstreams is actually your problem.
