Why this exists
My wife opened her own medical practice. I went out to hire a web developer and a marketing agency and found the same thing every time: high prices, no real metrics, and nobody willing to say what the money actually bought.
The reports arrived full of impressions and reach. Numbers that go up whether or not a single new patient walks through the door.
So I learned to build the site and run the local SEO myself. What I found is that this work is not magic. It is a set of tasks done properly and consistently, and most business owners are paying a great deal of money for somebody to do them badly.
That turned into this company. Every business that has hired me since gets the version I built for my own family rather than the version built for a pitch deck.
Why the terms look the way they do
A four-month initial term, then month to month. Published pricing. A monthly report with a video walking through what moved, and a Slack channel that reaches me rather than an account manager.
None of that is generosity. It is what I wanted when I was the one hiring, and I could not find it. The four months exists because this work takes that long to judge honestly, and anything shorter would mean being paid for work nobody could fairly evaluate.
I take every discovery call myself. There is no account team, which is the point.
